9 AM to 2 PM
$150 per Athlete
Camp includes:
(5) hours of instruction each day with
o biomechanical analysis
o video analysis
o functional training techniques
o conditioning
o event-specific drills and
o hours of jumping and throwing
Athletes receive a Camp T-shirt, technical analysis and a written report card for their individual events
